  Terms and Conditions:
  The full fee is payable on booking or within 7 days from the invoice date.
  Cancellations.
  a. All cancellations must be in given in writing to UK First Aid Ltd.
  b. For places cancelled within 10 days of the course start date the full fee is payable.
  c. For places cancelled between 10 and 21 days of the course start date 50% is payable.
  d. No fee is payable if cancellation is received more than 21 days prior to the start of the course.
  e. In the event of UK First Aid Ltd cancelling a course a full refund will be given.
  3. Failure to Show. Any delegates failure to attend a course will still reflect a bona fide booking,
  the fee of which will be subject to standard terms and conditions, including full or partial
  refund where applicable.
  4. Requalification Delegates must be in possession of a valid FAW certificate, which must be
  produced no later than the first day of the requalification course.
